We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help customers get the most from our product. You'll respond to questions, resolve issues and share customer insights with the wider team. You'll play an important part in creating a helpful, consistent experience at every stage of the customer journey.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer questions across channels such as email, chat and phone

• Investigate issues, explain solutions clearly and follow up to make sure they're resolved

• Keep customer records and support conversations accurate and up to date

• Spot recurring questions and share insights that can improve our product and support resources

• Work with colleagues across the business to resolve complex customer issues

• Contribute to help articles, support processes and other resources that make it easier for customers to find answers

What we're looking for

• Experience in customer support, customer service or another customer-facing role

• Clear, thoughtful communication skills, both written and verbal

• A patient and empathetic approach, especially when customers are frustrated or need extra help

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate issues methodically

• Good organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple conversations

• Confidence using digital tools and willingness to learn new systems

Nice to have

• Experience using customer support platforms or CRM software

• Experience supporting customers with a software product or online service

• Experience writing or maintaining help-centre content
