We are looking for a creative and user-focused Designer to join our product team. The successful candidate will collaborate with product managers, engineers and researchers to craft intuitive, accessible and visually compelling experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role combines hands-on design work with a strategic mindset to influence product direction and deliver measurable impact.

About the role

You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end design process from discovery and user research through to high-fidelity deliverables and hand-off. You will shape interaction patterns, visual language and component design while ensuring consistency across products. The role requires strong attention to detail, an ability to present and defend design decisions and a collaborative approach to cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead user-centred design activities including workshops, user interviews and usability testing to inform solutions.

• Create wireframes, interaction flows, prototypes and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile interfaces.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into coherent experiences and iterate based on feedback.

• Establish and maintain design systems, component libraries and visual guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability.

• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices across the product lifecycle.

• Contribute to design reviews, critique sessions and cross-team planning to raise design quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a product, UX or visual designer working on consumer or B2B digital products.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual design and prototyping work.

• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar.

• Solid understanding of user research methods, accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design rationale to varied audiences.

• Degree or equivalent experience in design, HCI or a related field is desirable.

Nice to have

• Experience working with design systems at scale or contributing to component libraries in code.

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) to improve designer-developer hand-off.

• Experience designing for complex data visualisation or multi-platform ecosystems.
