The problem

Candidates sometimes need to change the time for an interview. In Teamtailor, the only option today is to decline the meeting, which is a bit of a dead end.

This creates a bunch of issues:

• A decline is ambiguous: not interested vs can’t make this time

• Recruiters need to manually create a new meeting and delete the old one

• Smart schedule flows become a dead end once a booking is declined/cancelled

• This adds admin work and increases the chance of no-shows and missed meetings

Solution

We have two types of meeting, one where it’s a specific date/time that is selected by the user, and smart schedule where the candidate get’s to pick from slots that are available in the calendars of the invited users.

In this first scope we should focus on smart schedule invites.

Add an option for rescheduling to the candidates meeting page (we could remove the maybe option as well because… maybe… really 🙂)
